explained in simple terms...
ConTact C.A.R.E is a method of releasing pressure and shock from bone, caused by surprise impacts. That is - a hit we weren't expecting. This can be anything as serious as a car accident or falling off a horse, to the every day knocks of falling off a bike when you were a kid, to hitting your head on the boot of the car when lifting groceries out!
The surprise and shock that comes with that hit, get's locked into the bone as a "Flinchlock" as we call it. The bone is a heavy deadweight and is unable to do its job and function normally. This can have a flow on effect to other parts of the body, including soft tissue. Our Flinchlock Release Method releases this pressure and allows normal function to return.
